Kinlee is a parent coaching tool that provides daily, personalized language development activities for parents of children aged 0-36 months. The App delivers activity suggestions, coaching feedback, and progress tracking to support parent-child communication.

3. Not Medical Advice

Kinlee is designed as a supportive coaching tool and is not a substitute for speech-language therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your child's language development, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or speech-language pathologist.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Kinlee offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

When you use Kinlee's coaching features (such as voice recaps or text reflections), you may provide content about your parenting experiences. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Kinlee a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing personalized coaching feedback.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinlee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
