What ages is Kinlee designed for?
Kinlee provides coaching for parents of children aged 0-36 months. Activities are tailored to your child's current developmental stage and adapt as they grow.
Is Kinlee a replacement for speech therapy?
No. Kinlee is a parent coaching tool that supports everyday language development through your daily routines. It is not a substitute for professional speech-language therapy or medical advice. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified professional.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinlee
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Kinlee
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
My daily plan isn't loading
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have an active internet connection and that the app is up to date. Contact us at support@kinlee.app if you continue to experience issues.
