Getting Started

Kinlee is a daily parenting coaching tool that gives parents one research-informed language development strategy each day, personalized by your child's age and stage.

Kinlee is designed for parents and caregivers of young children who want to feel more informed and confident in supporting language development in their everyday routines.

No. Kinlee is an informational tool only. It does not provide therapy, speech-language pathology services, or clinical advice of any kind. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified professional or your child's pediatrician.

Using the App

Each day, Kinlee surfaces one research-informed language development strategy personalized to the age you've shared. You decide how and whether to apply it.

You can write a note or speak it out loud directly in the app. Kinlee will provide warm, encouraging feedback based on your own experience — not your child's.

Your journal is a personal record of your reflections and parenting moments, saved in your own words. It is yours to look back on at any time.

Kinlee does not assess your child's skills. There is no checklist, scoring, or tracking of milestones. We do store what you share at sign-up (your child's name, date of birth, and home languages) so we can personalize the strategies you see each day. Your own notes and voice reflections are stored so we can give you better coaching feedback over time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Account & Privacy

Kinlee collects what you provide at sign-up: your name and email, your child's name, date of birth, home languages, and your stated parenting goal. We also save any notes and voice reflections you record. Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription, and your reflections are sent to Anthropic (Claude) so we can generate coaching feedback. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Open the Kinlee app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to share why you're leaving (optional) and to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, your child's profile, and every reflection and note you've saved will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Apple handles billing and only you can cancel it, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you have an active subscription, cancel it there before deleting your account so you aren't charged again. The in-app delete screen shows a direct link to Apple's subscription settings to help. If you have trouble accessing the app, email us at support@kinlee.app.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
